Statement of Sponsorship
NICHE conference sponsorship is an acknowledgment of the contributor’s name, logo, or product line and cannot be used to advertise products or services. All sponsors displaying at the NICHE 2023 conference, to be held April 10-13, 2023, are required to subscribe to the following official Rules and Regulations. NICHE reserves the right to change and modify the Rules and Regulations at any time.
Eligible Sponsors. NICHE reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company for inclusion in the 2023 NICHE conference.
- Application. Application for sponsorship must be complete on C-vent, provided by NICHE, and be executed by an individual who has the authority to act on behalf of the applicant organization.
- Payment Schedule. All payments must be received in full by no later than April 1, 2023. Failure to pay will result in loss of sponsorship or exhibitor status.
- Cancellation of Sponsorship. A sponsor may cancel or withdraw from the NICHE conference subject to the following conditions: No refund of payments will be made after Mar. 22, 2023. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed prior to that date. All cancellations must be made in writing by email to finance@nicheprogram.org.
- Social and Entertainment. No entertainment or social functions may be scheduled by an exhibitor to conflict with educational program hours or social events held during the conference. Companies that are not sponsors are prohibited from hosting hospitality or social functions.
All matters and questions not covered by these Rules and Regulations are subject to the decision of NICHE. These Rules and Regulations may be amended by NICHE from time to time and the amendments shall take effect upon publication and notice to sponsors/exhibitors. NICHE reserves the right to expel and eject any exhibitor for conduct detrimental to the NICHE 2023 conference in NICHE’s sole judgment, whose decision shall be binding upon the exhibitor.
