Duke School of Nursing collaborated with Duke University Health System to develop a Geriatric Resource Nurse Intensive Model to help nurses learn and apply an evidence-based approach during their development as GRNs. The model incorporated the Duke 8-Step Process for Evidence Based Geriatric Nursing Practice. The purpose of this webinar is to consider how using a clinical practice improvement project as a component of geriatric resource nurse training returns value to the health system.
