NICHE Clinical Organizational Models

NICHE Clinical Organizational Models is a series of individual modules to promote organizational change that address the system-level implementation of clinical best practices. The NICHE Clinical Organizational Model is a four phase systematic process (described in the Overview) which directs you in research, planning, implementation, cand evaluation. Each module, written by experts in the field and supplemented by materials and expertise from experienced NICHE sites, offers a variety of choices to consider as you develop initiatives such as a physical restraint or pressure ulcer prevention project to improve geriatric care at your hospital.

The NICHE Clinical Organizational Models is a member-only resource. For more information on becoming NICHE site visit Join
